Steve, I want you to know that the crew you sent to Miami, Eric and his wife, received the one and only compliment that was ever given by our condo management, for Eric and LeeAnne’s professionalism and manner in which they went about their tasks. Likewise, with the offloading in York, there were no nicks or scuffs or scratches. The crews were a delight to work with. We used Warners to move furniture within the house to allow us to refinish the floors. Originally moved furniture out of rooms and on the 17th the furniture was all moved back into the rooms. Alec Q. was present both times and did a wonderful job.
