Larry and I wanted to take this time to provide feed back regarding our move from Harrisburg, PA to New Holland, PA.  From the initial contact with Joe, thru the packing, moving, load and unloading was a good experience.   We felt confident the cost for the move, after checking with several other companies, was a fair price. The driver Brad and his team were well organized and worked together as a great team. Brad’s knowledge was exceptional and we felt very comfortable with his ability to achieve a good move. We did a lot of the packing and moving to the new home, which helped to lower the final cost of the move. However the packaging done by the Warner crew was done with professionalism and extreme care for our possessions.

The actual move date started off a bit rough due to a change in personnel. Brad kept us informed regarding the issue and was able to find exceptional replacement workers to assist with the move while meeting the terms of our contract; this communication between Warner’s and us helped ease our concerns. All of the workers were knowledgeable and intent of insuring all our possessions arrived in excellent shape. The day was very long and Brad did offer to partially deliver and come back the next day. His concern for our well-being, was extremely appreciate, but we were all in agreement to complete the unload. Brad came back the next day and setup our beds, mirrors and furniture to our satisfaction. I wanted to thank Warner’s for making this process a professional and extremely positive experience.

The quality of your employees is second to none, as they treated all our property as if it was their own. I would recommend Warner’s moving and storage for its quality process, professionalism of its employees and fairness in costs. Thank you again for a great job!
